Make a list of people who have contributed positively to your life in one way or the other, and make sure you give them in the least the two most golden words, THANK YOU.
If you live your world in appreciation and in generousity of thankfulness, the chance is so infinitessimally slim that you will always be stranded.
There’s a aspect of us all which does want recognition after it has given help to people. It’s in us all. If in expectation someone who owes you ‘thank you’ for a good gesture from your end does not show up with it, it’s purely your more understanding and maturity which will grant such kind of help to that individual another time he comes again. You know? However, if such a guy has been grateful for whatever little efforts you have given him in the time past, the rate of your response another time to help him will be faster if he needs a helping hand once and again. Do you know why? Life as it comprises the interractions of the Divine, you and me thrives on the keynote of thankfulness! This is very significant.
It makes you feel silly when your good gesture is returned by a ‘bad’ gesture. Yea, it’s a bad gesture sort of to lack the grace of being grateful.
Do you know what you will do? Make a list of the people, persons, individuals…the hosts of them which you can still reach out, and just in the spirit of appreciation, give them your worthy ‘THANK YOU’! If need be, as much as it’s possible, let them know the particular thing they have done to or for you in 2011, which has prompted you to say words of appreciation to them.
What I’m sharing with you is what my person will also do. This knowledge hit me few days ago, and believe me, it’s worthy of being practised.
Living this way of appreciating people of all sorts which have robbed good things on you as you came across them and even towards God is a great sign that you have deep knowledge and success behaviour which makes things to happen on their own accord necessarily when they should.
Remember I said that life thrives on the keynote of gratitude, even till this hour; it’s the best way to always attract helps. Who are you not to ever be in need of help? Even the president of a nation could at times be at the mercy of his doctor.
Spread the spectrum of your gratitude this season as the year takes its turn; it’s little wonder that this is the yuletide period when folks share gifts and parcels…appreciation outrules depreciation. Key in and cause smiles here and there.
It’s still a success behaviour to be a grateful angel.
