What in existence would have meant sense if what is spelt as ‘g r o w t h’
is never an experience? What is a beautiful life without some progressive advancement? So in a nutshell, life is characterised as progress, advancement, motion, development, positive change, and so on; if short of these similar experiences, it becomes a grind. A monotony it becomes when what see daily, weekly, yearly is what we saw time, and lengthy times ago.

What is the good in a five-year old still crawling? Or a business of a decade old still grasping for footage in the most fundamental cores of her values? Something must be really responsible for that you know.

Growth is without mincing words the crown of life so important as what air is to life, it’s a non-negotiable highly-valued thing. What folks in diverse strata are lacking which culminates in their frustration and futility is growth. The measures to reckon with as proofs for being in business, endeavours, calling, or whatever thing done is growth.
Growth is needed by all.

GROW…GROW…GROW!

As it lies, life was designed that way. “Grow or stink” is the slogan. When you stop growing you invite death, and when you remove death or stagnation, you have then courted positive changes.

Do you know the best way to grow? It’s simply by desiring to grow. A sure-fire way to arrive at that is to be creative about it. You convert creatively menace and frustration obtainable ever from a a life which lacks colour to fire you to emminence.

There is “how to” everything in life. (How much are you always attracted to books on “how to”; we have almost “how-to” books on anything. And such sell especially if put up by someone with results overtime)

THERE IS HOW TO GROW

Doing some things will take you in hand to take you to where they lead the likes of men who have done those before. okay?

Life doesn’t respect you because you are white or an aibino, but simply because you take to rules to take your walk to the higher levels.

So around here I will like to discuss few of those laws which will deliver the promise of growth to anyone which observes them.

LAW OF DAILY ACTION

You have heard me say in the time past from the voice of this blog that if you are not making some principal habits a daily habit, it’s not going to be well. This what
Law of daily action thrives on power of compound interest. Power of cummulative add-ups. You can’t do without it. If you break it, it will crush you. Growth is daily otherwise, we become wearied considering so many steps to take per time. As the great oaks take their time to grow hourly from the little acorns so also adding up of little bite-sized quantity will make a dwarf a giant; it’s a matter of time; and growth will be appreciable in the long run. That’s it!
You must make something happen daily as regards you hope or vision of growth. Your arch-enemy to battle here then is sloth.

What kills us from observing this law accordingly is that we suppose either the little daily works are to ‘small’ to make meaning to growth or we dream of doing big per time and then overlook or break the law of daily action.
This law tells us that either growth or death, acceleration or deceleration, it happens overtime, with the tickling of the clock hand.

THE LAW OF PERPETUAL LEARNING

This is needed to know how far in relative you are travelling compared to the world of seeing around. The world is not only your own world, we are running all together though in some diffrerent directions.

A graduate today who sees the after-school life as when to retire from learning has stopped being honoured by the law which guides the great knowledgeable people. There is this power one comes endowed with as one seeks to know more. It’s true that knowledge has power effects. And what is it that you need to release yoursef from a tiring standpoint in life? Say POWER!
Power is it. Knowledge forces power on you. Learning on and on releases blessing to leave a previous place to go for advancement in your dreamed direction. When you get there you will know and be a testifier.
Knowledge becomes abused when we think that unless we enroll in school we can’t increase in knowledge. That’s a collosal misjudgement you could ever subscribe to. I heard of a man who read about 700 books in his privately who then from there had his hidden giant emerged to the lime light. That was a personal learning. It’s a rapidly evolving world. To learn perpetually via reading, studying and schooling will force you to grow in leaps and bounds. Don’t despise the power of knowledge.

THE LAW OF SHARING

What is shared must increase. It will not be halved or reduced as physically perceived sensually. This is the law of giving and you can’t beat that law. It’s ordained to help you spread, increase and eventually grow.
Now how applicable is this to the discuss of ours? If you observe around, people which are patronised from time to time are those which are “givers” of a kind. The universe knows those ones not just as custodians of goods, but better still as distibutors of resources, and as a result, it favours them by bringing more of what they distribute to come back to them in loads, therefore they must grow. To grow means to “spread or lengthen”. If you decide to lengthen or spread what you carry in form of activities, commodities, grace, love, and name it, you must believe in the “sharing formular”;whatever thing which can flow from you, in that area you must without compromise become larger and bigger.

Indeed growth is in varieties. This particular one is needful to touch your life in almost every areas to make you flourish as ever imaginable.

We do make our growing happen and not the other way round.

Welcome afresh to success behaviour for a better time!

See you grow!

You probably have heard this caption before. Haven’t you? However should you have never, you are head-on with the article on luck through consistent preparations.

The more you prepare, the luckier you appear!

These are days of seemingly fast-paced movements: even people run without being chased, jet out of home to get to work; hurry out from meeting to attend yet another, doing everything minus nothing in a quick succession, forgetting about preparation, even in the least; a kind of lack-excellent lifestyle?

A surgeon was questioned sometimes ago, what steps he would take to make a particular surgery happen and of course, be successful. His response was of the man that understood a detailed significance of the essence of preparation. More than half of the hours given him would be alloted to preparation, and getting ready, according to him. I need to also mention President Lincoln around here, who said that if given an assignment to fell a tree, that he would first of all make for sharpening the machette for a longest time before ever he would show up to ‘attack’ the tree. Sharing about the importance of preparation.

Everyone wants to appear so soon, forgetting that it takes time to appear a success. If someone dares appear without the neccessary stuffs, alas, such a one like would lack a meaningful message to pass across! There would be a release of a tender seedling to the harsh weather that scorches and than can wither.

The giants are groomed not in the open.

If you can sufficiently prepare, your appearance will be sufficiently satisfactory.

The powerful personalities were once some hidden personalities. Why? The hiding of them was the preparation of them, known as their making.

People give in to marvel after seeing some excellent open display of feats, if in an industry or an endeavour especially, those ones are often termed ‘lucky’. Does luck actually exist? Yes ‘luck’ does exist, but much more is the law of preparation and the law guilding manifestation, if you miss the former, the latter will haunt you.

Hardly has anyone bettered the chance of his greatness, without taking his time to grow.

The account of Jesus Christ was an exemplary details; knowing His purpose so early never tempted Him to break rules to manifest unduely. Imagine having to prepare till age 30!

While Mandela would eventually become the President in the Southern African, the season of preparation of about 27 years would have to be in place, incarcerated. I reckon that the Nelson Mandela who went to prison was not as good as the one who was released 27 years later on. Do you agree with me?

Waiting before showing forth is a part of price to pay to make sense at all while the time will come. Behind every showy and brilliant performance is the silent moment of preparation. The sets of human failure see preparation as a waste of time, as an ‘ill-time’ while nothing tangible seems to work. The complaints about what is not functioning is of ignorance.

There’s this ‘rule of 80/20′ which accounts for the fact that what grand success which later shows up in your latter years shall be as a result of the 80% of efforts put in earlier on. At about the moments of being well-established, then auto-pilot system could be implemented. From that stage onward, successful individuals sweat less, but reap more. What makes this happens is the proof of preparation.

What foundation is to a mansion is what preparation is to great lives.

…better later than never, rather prepare than appear!

What is failure?

A person will define ‘failure’ based on who he is personally. So, forget about dictionary definition for the word spelt as ‘failure’, at least for now.

Whatever definition you attach to it, that’s it.

Now, this is what this blog is all about as a reminder: to bring on an healthy and unalloyed meanings to make-ups of goodly success. Let’s do away with what a lexicon tends to put ‘failure’ at.

If you see failure or a temporary defeat as a raw material to what you are aiming at, so much the better. This is not the first of writing where I will put emphasis on the sheer difference between the mindsets, of the small and great.

Ford said that failure or disappointment is an opportunity to start, again, in a better way. Granted, it means there is an element of truth to learn from of what seemingly befalls us termed ‘defeat’.

I have never seen anyone with so much fame of success which has never been bitten by the bug called failure. For real, the more the failure, the bigger the brilliant shining in the final outcome.

The great souls you probably envy have failed more than you. Do you know why? It is so simple: they have made more attempts than you. It would be an unbalanced life if another person had to invent the incandescent lamp other than Edison, who laboured the most to infuse life enough into that vision. Who told you that none, before him, had conceived that selfsame idea? We don’t hear of them because they didn’t attempt to fail at all.

If you fail enough, but never give up, soon this life will become unbiased as to reward you for wooing her to deliver to you.

Why is failure a rudiment for success?

ONE, we learn through practice, we become perfected via much activities. Therefore this for one, until we have been chiseled off, of rough and blunt edges about ourselves, skilfulness can’t be in view. Don’t be scared of falling in your first attempt of scaling the Everest.

TWO, like unto the first, there are lessons to learn before succeeding. You would see that all things, of principles and laws hardly go together. What makes you worse can’t be the same as what makes you better. As the state-of-the-art technologies emerge by the day, come to think of it, they were not like this before now. The technologies of today are audibly referring to their previous versions as ‘misfits’. Yet, new things are born of the old things. Can you grab the drift? Lessons are learnt, laws are mastered; before failure eventually becomes success, works are done.

THIRDLY, beyond contradition, I want to believe that it’s a ruling principle with a universal appeal. It’s an arrangement of the Divine used to separate and reward the hardworking and the slothful. It’s a version of the law of sowing and reaping. If you continue to put in efforts, though failure seems to greet your face, the resultant force eventually will add up, and people will later call you a big, overnight success.

Lasting success doesn’t really come easy. And if you have had your own quite easy, with few or no lessons having learnt, don’t take any of my writing serious. Or rather, don’t visit this blog again, because I have told you some ‘perceived lies’.

If we are together, rather see failure as a seed to sow, price to pay.

The fear of failure is the foundation of lasting failure. The winners don’t fear failure, that’s why failure rather fears them, and paves way for them. If I had not told you this, it means I’m a failure myself.

Winners don’t fear failing or falling…because it is not real!

Loving your work is more than half the magic!

Do you love what you are doing? Can you forget about money and still love what you are doing presently, and so keep at it? In case your answer is in affirmatives, then congratulations. However if ‘NO’, you need to go further than where you are to become your brightest.

There is a very strong correlation between doing a trade you really love and becoming successful in it. Majorly, we all hardly start recording what any might call success streak right from the outset of any effort-making adventures. No, it hardly works that way.

Notwithstanding do you care to know what keeps men standing even while their expectation is still in the hiding state? It’s the love; it’s the passionate love.

Errors begin to dictate one’s life at the very wake of the moment one starts with the wrong foot out. What do I mean? Doing what’s against his or her interest is going against his or her own destiny. Success as a journey is not that far, only that if another longer or uncertain path to it is taken, it may become a total futility to appear progressing in the sight of people. And part of the wrong route to that success is to choose the wrong calling for your package.

It’s either you love what you are doing or you do what you really, really love.

Money or recognition is not the number one mark of importance to be a success in any profession. Do that which you love, and the love will draw the money. Not only the money, but also the recognition, the fame, the influence, and all the necessary plusses.

The magic about all this is that what makes you a recognised success is not your profession, neither your associates in business, eventhough all these are complementary, but the root remains the root. The proverbial adage says that ‘Bad workman quarrels with his tools.’ The main reason is not the bad tools, but because the workman himself is out of tune with his own make-up.

You can’t love everything about every profession. That’s why you can’t do everything (works) to succeed in everything (in all). Men that succeed do so in the line of profession they have found so endearing to their hearts. Then money and any other comes after rewarding the works or what’s termed as the ‘labour of love’.

CHECK POINTS IF YOU LOVE YOUR WORK

Not minding you being an employee or an employer, ask yourself these questions and see what is left with you, confidence or doubt.

Do you work in harmonious cooperation with the fellow workmates or you rather find them ALL ‘hard-to-go by’?

Do you hiss your way to your place of work daily, and then look up the hands of clock to see if the closing time is done or not while at work?

Do you receive inspirations while at work on how to do your work better, faster?
(This shows that your faculties are working all for one to show mirth in the inward being)

Do you love the work and its activities more than the pecuniary rewards?

Irrespective if either you are self-employed or otherwise, these few questions should be a poser to let you know which side you fling to, a poor or a sound workman. The self-employed or the entrepreneurs today, more than half of them were once employed by some other before starting on their own. Their love for their works, if they are in the aftermath successful, plays the big role to make them a bright success.

Seek for what you are cut out for, and you would never quarrel with your tools, and your ability to make for success will never be denied.

‘A chosen burden is never felt.’

If people were to be quizzed on what their conception of the word ‘poor’ is,there would be so differing thoughts, of agreement and disagreements in all.

Well, that’s the issue of perspectives for you; a bottle with content is allowed to be perceived as either half-filled or half-emptied depending on the judgement of the onlooker. And any watcher’s judgement is an object of his own impaired or informed sentiment.

Now as pertaining to success with money, ‘poor’ is more than lacking money, because there are rags in riches. Everybody wants a break. Everyone desires a futherance in purpose, life assignment, especially after almost getting conformed to the stagnated status quo. Blindness in part could be a result why some man is poor.

Borrowing the definition of a great man about the word ‘poor’ which means:

P- Passing
O- Over
O- Opportunities
R- Repeatedly

You just saw through the meaningful meaning of ‘POOR’ which dictionary would deny you of seeing it in that colour.

Who is a poor fellow?

The poor man is poor because he complains about what is mocking his mettle and which he does not try to outwit. He prefers whining to winning, trading learning in his state away for looking for whom to blame. It’s said that u are not a failure until you look for whom to blame for your problems!

I don’t believe in the school of reasoning which believes that an opportunity once lost can never be regained, but however I have always decided to walk the path of faith which says that, ‘… him that’s joined to all the living there’s hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion.’ Ecclesiastes 9:4

Of course a peculiar opportunity may be missed, but you and I know that the ocean has more than a lone salmon or a single herring, so believing that another will come is a miracle process which will trigger a chain of opportunities putting themselves on the line.

Yet all these are not problems. The problem however is that an average inhabitant of this earth often sees and magnifies problems than they are, and rather than seeing what possibility a challenge could create, they see the curse it inflicts, and that it will continue to inflict. Thus, a man becomes a poor man all life because he doesn’t choose to see what lessons he could learn, how many lives he could touch and the miracles that the power of persistence could make happen from the obstacles which are taunting him.

I have never seen anyone who becomes mighty who does not or would not overcome a mighty challenge. And a character worthy to do so can never be learnt in no other situation than that which is very trying.

Is it any concidnece that people who have been exposed to much trying moment have always been the greatest people who walked, and still walking this earth?

He has not become ‘rich’ because he doesn’t learn what it takes to be so while he is poor, and he will remain so

It’s in mastering little pains that we tend to become a ‘recogniser’ of opportunities in difficult situations. This a prime blessing as an handout in the hand of life for whichever someone who manages to conquer his troubles

So you can see that being ‘poor’ is far above not having the money-thing. There is poverty of knowledge. There is poverty of influence. There is poverty of relevance. There is poverty of not having the right people.

Solely because people often dodge their responsibilities…this is why very few can actually see what apparel in which opportunities are clad

In being adamant to breakthrough by learning more…you are actually getting ‘richer’.

Stop being poor. Stop passing over opportunity repeatedly!
